How do I care for my cut flowers to make them last longer?
Care Instructions
UPON DELIVERY
Please cut 1/2″ to 1″ of every stem upon delivery, before you put the flowers in the vase.
FLOWERS WATER
Change vase water every other day (add flower food to the new water if available). All stems should be submerged. If your flowers came in a basket or other container with foam, add fresh water every day.
FLOWERS LIGHT/TEMPERATURE
Display your bouquet or flower arrangement in a cool, draft-free area. Avoid direct sunlight, which causes the flowers to die more quickly.
FLOWERS PRUNING
Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems. Recut your flower and foliage stems just before putting them back into new water.
how long do cut flowers typically last?
Bouqly flowers are shipped directly from our greenhouse in Colombia (South America), so they are delivered in fresh conditions, meaning that if you follow our care instructions, your wonderful flowers can last up to 8 or even 12 days from de date of delivery.

can i send a different number of roses other than what is listed on your website?
We offer two option regarding Bouqly bouquets, the 12-roses and the 24-roses option. If you wish a different number of roses, you can choose one of our different bunches variety that comes in 25, 50, 100, 125, 200 and 250 rose packages

when can i expect my order to be delivered?
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, please expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (applies to all US)
are there any shipping costs that i need to pay upon delivery?
Every order that is placed in our Bouqly.com website, have no shipping cost at all.
my flowers were delivered in a poor condition. what can i do?

how do you package the flowers when a vase is included in the order?
The flowers are shipped in a special package, along with the vase in order to provide a correct international shipment to your door. If you experience any problems with the delivery, please contact Bouqly immediately:

Yes of course, before you place your order you can choose your exact delivery date so we can program the shipping date for your fresh cut flower to arrive on time.
can you deliver the flowers on saturdays or sundays?
We ship our flowers every day in order to deliver them on weekdays normally. If you wish to have your flowers delivered on Saturdays or Sundays, please contact our customer service department and they will gladly help you with this issue.
